Since 1992, Troy Garrity has worked with Mr. Aarons as a private investigator and paralegal. In that capacity he has over 12 years of experience in interviewing witnesses, collecting and assembling evidence, handling subpoenas, organizing discovery, preparing powerpoint slides, and presenting the defense case in court. He has also been employed on felony cases as a defense investigator by the United States District Court and the State of New Mexico Public Defender Department, and local defense attorneys. A native of New Mexico, Mr. Garrity graduated from Ruidoso High School and attended the University of New Mexico.
