Interest Free Payments

Interest Free Payment Plan

It may be possible to negotiate a payment play if you are not able to pay the standard flat fee of one half down as a retainer and the remainder to be paid in full before the case is completed. At Aarons Law Firm, we understand that hiring a lawyer was one of the last emergencies you thought might come to pass. We are flexible in setting up a payment plan that will work for you, including offering zero interest for one full year.

Cosignor

However, because most cases last less than six months, let along a full year, Mr. Aarons will want some sort of security to guarantee that his fees will be paid in full. One possible collateral is having a financially established family member cosign the Fee Agreement paper, meaning that person(s) will also be liable to pay the full amount if you do not.

Attorney Lien on Property

Another collateral is offering a lien on real property in the state. This lien would be secondary to any mortage or second mortgage on the property. Nearly all clients with a lien pay in full, but if you did not the attorney could force the sale of the property with the proceeds going to the mortgagors, the lienholder and if any excess to you as equity.
